This high-spec renovation focused on transforming a one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Clerkenwell (EC1V) into a contemporary, luxurious retreat tailored for professionals. With premium finishes, a smart layout, and a sophisticated design palette, the flat was repositioned to appeal to discerning renters seeking a stylish urban home.

The Transformation Process

1. Complete Interior Redesign

• Reimagined the flat with a Scandinavian-inspired palette of natural wood, muted tones, and clean lines.
• Replaced all internal doors with light oak finishes and matte black handles for a cohesive, high-end feel (Image 1).

• Open-plan lounge and kitchen space made to feel both welcoming and functional.
• Statement art, layered lighting, and plush furnishings give the lounge its boutique flair.

• Fully tiled in soft grey stone-look tiles.
• Walk-in rainfall shower with matte black fixtures, floating vanity unit, and ambient LED mirror.
